Welcome to Benefit Disbursement Portal
Benefit Disbursement System was conceptualized designed and developed by TSOnline to facilitate disbursements of Government entitlements like Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) scheme, Social Security Pensions (SSP) etc. of any Central or State Government bodies. Government of Telangana, Department of Posts (DoP) and TSOnline entered into a tripartite agreement for disbursement of benefits to beneficiaries like wages and social security pensions. This system utilizes state-of-the-art technologies like bio-metric (finger print) matching for authentication of eligible beneficiaries, robust UIDAI compliant handheld Micro ATM devices for use in villages, GPRS connectivity for synchronization with central server, GPS for capturing the location of work and attendance. From March 2013, payments through Aadhaar authentication have been introduced in nearly 10,000 Gram Panchayats allotted.
More than 10 million wage seekers and pensioners have enrolled and their wages are paid after AADHAAR enabled biometric authentication. This process ensures payment of entitled wages to the right beneficiary within the stipulated payment disbursement cycle, which fulfills the core objective of the government for disbursement of wages/pensions to the right beneficiary in time according to the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act-2005.
